Let the planning begin!  Now that Forsyth County has approved the $100 Million bond for parks and recreation, and green space, plans are in full swing for the new shining star of Forsyth County, Fowler Park.  The public is invited to participate in the process, and up for discussion on March 11th is a 20,000 square foot concrete skate park.

A design workshop meeting will be held March 11 to receive the public's input on designs for the skate park. The meeting will be from 5:30 to 7 pm. in the Commissioners Meeting Room (Suite 220) in the Forsyth County Administration Building at 110 E. Main Street in Cumming.

This is a must attend meeting for all skateboarding enthusiasts, and a great way to get to know first hand how a new park is designed and built.  Bring your parents, and your friends.
