Coaches are needed for the upcoming season of the Johns Creek Eagles competitive middle school basketball program.  This is a highly competitive travel basketball program for boys and girls in 6th, 7th and 8th grade.  Try outs will be held in early November. 

The season runs from January-mid March with the opportunity to compete in Spring AAU/YBOA tournaments.  The game schedule consists of feeder teams, middle school teams and AAU/YBOA teams with 8-10 professionally refereed games.  Perhaps one of the best features of this program is the skills development and training program for both the coaches and the players.  Players receive a weekly session of speed; agility and vertical jump training, which is critical in basketball.  In addition, throughout the season, there are specific trainings like point guard clinic, post clinic, help defense clinic and press break strategies.
