It takes thousands of volunteers to make the Tour de Georgia a success.
Although the "Georgia Power Volunteer Program" receives great support from the many volunteers of Georgia Power and sponsors such as GE Energy, additional volunteers are required to supplement their ranks. Volunteers are needed during race week, April 16–22, and can sign up for individual stages, a combination of stages, or for the entire week. Positions available include Course Marshals, Hospitality, Media, Medical Control, Security, Site Decoration/Restoration, Health and Wellness Expo, and Volunteer Check-in. Traveling Course Marshals for all seven days of the Tour are also needed.
To volunteer for individual stages, click here. To volunteer as a Traveling Course Marshal, email tdgvolunteers@medalistsports.com. Register today and help make the 2007 Tour the best ever!
