The City of Cumming and Forsyth County are requesting all citizens to voluntarily cutback on outdoor water usage until further notice.

Due to temporary service issues with a water pump, production has been reduced. This has caused the available water in the finished water storage tanks to fall below the desired levels.

Citizens may experience slight pressure fluctuations in multiple areas of the County. Both the City of Cumming and Forsyth County are working together to repair the pump and restore normal water flows.

Once this water pump is back on line, it may take several days for the system to recover to normal pumping capacity. Water conservation by citizens will be greatly appreciated while these repairs are being completed.
