RE: Forsyth County Board of Commissioners approval of Water Contract with the City of Cumming.

Is it a conflict of interest for Brian Tam to vote on this issue?

I believe that he rents the space for Tam's Backstage Restaurant from the city of Cumming.

Since the very existance of his business depends on a good relationship with the City of Cumming, it is my belief that he should not vote on any issues involving the city.
