A motor vehicle accident involving a concrete forms truck happened earlier this afternoon on McFarland Road at Bluegrass Lakes Parkway. There was a confirmed entrapment, the vehicle was partially overturned and leaning against an unstable utility pole. The other vehicle involved was a passenger vehicle, from which there was one injury, and that patient was transported to the hospital.

Power lines are down all across the intersection, and it is anticipated that both east- and west-bound traffic near that intersection will likely be closed most of the remainder of the day.
