I followed this run-off very close and was pleased to see that the entire reposrts have been disclosed. I remember back on 07/13 a Anthony DeMaria filed an ethics complaint against Mr. Tam for alledged incomplete information on his return with a companmy called Pioneer Merchants Square noty being fuilly described.

Intersting that now I look through Mr. Boff's report and see that DeMaria contributed another $500 to Boff with an address of Castelberry Rd. I also remember that AJ Pritchett had to pay a fine fore not listing a zip code. I wonder if Boff will have to pay a fine for not listing the compete address? Then "Ron" the lawyer gives $500. Pardon me? Ron the lawyer? I'm sure this should result in an ethics complaint.

I am not making observations about who has made contributions, it is the lack of information I am pointing out.

I also see that some items do not add up. I am not accusing here because I don't know and am asking for someone to clarify.

On the July report Boff had $18,667.25 in loans and deferred expenses. On the August report he listed $4072.08 in deferred expenses, no additional loans. That equates to a total of $22739.33 in loans and deferred expenses.

On the July report there were no payments on the loans or deferred expenses, the August report shows $7857.40 in payments on previously reported deferred expenses and $0 on loans. The total indebtedness is now shown, on the August report, as $3785.32.

My math shows that if you had $22739.33 in total indebtedness and paid $7857.40 that you would have $14881.93 remaining, not $3785.32. This indicates a difference of $11096.61 that is unaccounted for.

Can anyone help?

I'll try this again... the first response I wrote was zapped.... I can't beleive the sheer audacity Tressler had in posing as anti wal mart when she took money from Dewey. Just look at all her contributions....it's the whos who of developers

We dodged a big bullet with her not being elected

We the citizens of Forsyth are not for SALE..... she should be ashamed.............Did she reallly think we were that stupid......

Martin: Don't start this crap...just pick up the telephone and call Mr. Boff or e-mail him. I am sure he will be glad to walk you through his information.

Rumors get started by this type of statement, please be a gentleman and call. To many people have been hurt by this election. Do the right thing, please!

Linda-Where do you see a contribution from Dewey on here? I'm not seeing it.

Brookwood/141 Holdings is owned by John Varner-not Dewey White. Mrs. Tressler DID NOT take a contribution from Dewey White and maintains that she has never even met or had a conversation with Dewey White. Linda---you should retract that false and malicious statement and you're the one that should be ashamed.
