Do you see gas available in Forsyth?

From observations of Dial-A-Ride Drivers, between 9:00am & 11:00am on Monday, September 29, 2008, the following locations had fuel available, when observed.

  • Kroger - Highway 141 & Sharon Rd. (South Forsyth)
  • Chevron - Highway 20 & Lakeland Plaza (Near Kroger/Ga. 400)
  • Chevron - Highway 369 & Highway 306 (Hammonds Crossing - Northeast Forsyth)
  • Solo - Highway 20 & Dr. Bramblett Rd (West Forsyth)
  • Chevron - Highway 20 & Sawnee Dr. (just Northwest of downtown.)
  • Shell - Highway 20 & Elm St.  (downtown)
  • Citgo – Castleberry & Tolbert St. (just Southwest of downtown.)

(reports are that the Chevron @ Lakeland Plaza & the Kroger in South Forsyth receive loads daily, usually, in the early morning).

Do you see any?

Tell the governor to lift the "price gouging" law and let the free market work. Prices will go up temporarily but we will have gas. This will also stop the panic buying and people will return to normal buying patterns. DON'T MESS WITH THE MARKET!!!! It will only hurt more and longer
