Just got back in town after an extended business trip and am trying to catch up on local events. Viewed the video segment and thought Brant hit the nail on the head while Dave is still p---ed that the HOAs in the south didn't ride to his rescue. Then I visited the new King Richard web site (note the crown that he took from Jack Conway). After reading his invectives againinst anyone who doesn't agree with him I am convinced he must be of French descent as he only has two working parts and they are interchangeable. Thank heaven this county has only 3 more months to put up with his childish behaviour. Even Mickey Mouse would be a welcome relief in District 4 (no offense Patrick).

You know, I was wondering why Commission David Richard did the piece on Home Owner’s Associations. Then I remembered that Mr. Richard lives in a local development ruled by a HOA. Then I further recalled hearing how several in his neighborhood had complained that Mr. Richard did not keep his grass cut, his flower beds weeded, and how he kept vehicles that are…well let’s say sub-par looking for the normal status of his subdivision.

Some have said his neighbors are somewhat embarrassed to have him nearby not counting the reduction in their property values David mentioned in his rant above. I can surmise that this anti-David Richard lawn care issue is the impetus for such a rant against HOAs in general.

I also deduce this is par for a man such as “Burnout” David Richard, a man who seems perfectly able to dish it out but like Old Blue the dog being amorous towards the poodle in the supermarket parking lot, as he just can’t seem to muster taking it in return.

Cowardice takes many forms but oftentimes its disguise is such that anyone who pays the least bit of attention can spot it a mile away. In David Richard’s case a quick peek out the window betrays him.
