Sawnee School of Ballet, which is also home of the Sawnee Ballet Theatre, is having a busy, but fun-filled summer. Their annual Open House is Monday, July 21st beginning at 11:00 a.m. and they will be accepting registration for fall classes. In addition to the formation of classes, Sawnee School of Ballet has also announced an expansion to their facilities including the addition of a 4th dance studio and 2 additional seated waiting areas.

Sawnee Ballet Theatre presents a full-length performance of the Nutcracker each year in addition to a Spring Concert. This year's Nutcracker auditions will be Saturday, September 13 with times and qualifications posted at the school.
