SINGERS TO TAKE THE STAGE!
Congratulations to Emily Diamond for landing the lead role of Winnifred in West Forsyth High School's production of the musical, Once Upon A Mattress. This is the story of Princess and the Pea with an added twist. Great fun for all ages! Show runs April 25th -27th. Congratulations to Dana Cohen for securing the the lead female roll in Mt. Vernon Presbyterian School's all-school musical, Honk!. NATS AUDITIONS
Hats Off to Laura Blanco for participating in the National Association of Teachers of Singing annual state auditions held on the campus of University of West Georgia in Carrollton. This was Laura's first year to audition, and she did very well, receiving great feedback.
REBECCA WINDHAM STUDIO WINTER RECITAL
Rebecca's Studio held its 2nd annual Winter Student recital at Dunwoody Baptist Church on Sunday, Feb. 24th, 2008. Despite the flu and cold season, it was a nice day (no rain) and a nice turnout. Everyone did a good job, while gaining more performance experience. Thanks and kudos to all those who participated. Also, special thanks to Dunwoody School for the Arts and to Virtuoso Music in
Atlanta.
ASBRSM THEORY EXAMS
Also, congratulations to several students for outstanding scores on the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music Theory Exams administered this fall of the current school year. They all passed with Distinction, the highest honor given on these tests!

Congratulations to Camilla Almond for garnering the role of "Scrooge" in her school's musical adaptation of "A Christmas Carol" earlier this school year in December.
