The Power that you apply to your life allows you to stand up and take charge. It allows you to move past the fear and doubt that holds you back. We have all been there in that place of hiding because we just don’t see ourselves as good enough. We are not smart enough, talented enough, etc. to step out of our boxes and truly live. We let fear run our lives. In doing so, we lose all of our power to live our best lives. Bertrand Russell said, “To conquer fear is the beginning of wisdom.” You have the power to break through the fear and to truly live your best life, the life you have always imagined. Once you have re-discovered your power, it will open up a whole new world for you. It will begin to unfold as never before. Suddenly you will have more energy, more spunk, more pep to your step. Your power will allow you to live your life in purpose.

Living with purpose is knowing who you are in the world. It’s knowing how you want to show up in your relationships, in your life. Your purpose is what you stand for, what defines who you are. Each person, each creature on the planet has a purpose. Living in purpose will expose you to new levels of happiness and fulfillment. Living in purpose will enable you to live your best life and become the master of your destiny. It only takes a small mass of people to change the world. By living in purpose you are changing the energy of the universe and helping to create a higher possibility of living for the entire planet. With your power and your purpose you will begin to live with more passion, creating endless possibilities for your life.

When you live with power, you find that your passions will magnify. Passion is the thing that makes you jump out of bed in the morning. Your passion is what defines who you “be” in the world. What excites and motivates you? What is it that you would rather do more than anything else? Maybe it is writing. Or singing. Maybe it is running your own business or a marathon. Maybe it is taking care of the sick and wounded, gardening, cycling, dancing, cooking – and the list is endless. Your passions do not have to look like anyone else’s. They are unique to you. If you are passionate about even the smallest of things, do them. And do them well. If you are able to live your life passionate and powerful, you will send a message out to the world for others to do the same. There is a quote by an unknown author that says, “A candle loses none of its flame by lighting another candle.” By living your passions, your light will be passed on to others and they in turn will light another. And so this energy of higher living will pass throughout our Universe. Let yourself for a minute imagine a world where every person was striving to live their best life and in turn giving permission for others to do the same. Wouldn’t it be great to live around such powerful, positive energy?

But how do we do it? How do we begin to live our lives with more power, more purpose and more passion? As Nike says, “Just do it.” We have to break through the beliefs that limit us and keep us small and hidden. We have to find our own place in the world. Break through the fear and find the wisdom in our souls to catapult us into our imagined lives. This is what I am passionate about, helping you create your life full of power, purpose and passion. Today could be the day that you stop playing small, stand up in your power and take control of your life. YES!!

Hi, my name is Debbie Fisher and I am a Life Coach. Before starting my company, Living Destiny, I trained with The Coaches Training Institute. I am a member of the International Coaches Federation as well as the Georgia Coaches Association. My training as well as my personal life experience helps me create powerful coaching with my clients. Possibly some of you are familiar with life coaching. For those of you who aren’t, let me explain it to you. As coaches, our definitions of coaching are different even though our goals are very much the same: helping you live the life you have always imagined. My job as a life coach is to help you learn how to live with more power, more purpose and more passion so at the end of your life you can say, “Well done.” I came to life coaching because I found my purpose. My purpose is being a helper. I would rather help someone than do anything else. I’m passionate about giving to and taking care of others. In my life I have always been the helper. I also have lived through some pretty traumatic experiences that have helped to create the person I am now. One of my greatest gifts is that I have very refined instincts. I learned this early in my childhood. My instincts are what kept me safe and allowed me to survive. Because I have had these experiences in my life, I wanted to be able to share with others and to help others find their place in the world as I did. I want to be able to give back some of the things I have learned. I do not want my life experiences to have been in vain. I want to take something horrible and use it to create something wonderful and magical in my life and the lives of others. That is what I am most passionate about. I find my power and my purpose in helping other people to create something wonderful in their lives.
