he Humane Society of Forsyth County is one of only a few no kill animal shelters in Georgia. To raise money for their cause, which includes placing every adoptable stray in a permanent home, the Forsyth County Humane Society is hosting the 2007 Bark and Boogie Ball. This black tie event features dinner, dancing, entertainment, and a silent auction, featuring many unique and exciting items.
The 2007 Bark & Boogie Ball is being held Saturday, November 3 at the Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta on Windward Parkway. The evening starts with hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar beginning at 5pm, followed by dinner beginning at 7pm. For those unable to attend, the Humane Society is accepting donations for the silent auction in addition to featuring an online auction on their website, all of which helps raise money and fund the shelter and care of homeless pets.
