The UBuildIt System is designed for projects ranging in size and scope from new homes to additions and remodels. However, a variety of projects, depending on size and complexity, may benefit. Ask your UBuildIt Planning Consultant to help you evaluate your project.

Your schedule and time

Managing a successful project may take six to eight hours a week. Most of this time is spent on the phone scheduling subcontractors, ordering materials and managing your construction budget. Some flexibility in your schedule is needed so you can meet with subcontractors and with your Construction Consultant for planning and site visits.

The ability to keep track of many moving parts will help ensure a successful project. Your UBuildIt Construction Consultant, Manual, and online resources will guide you step by step, but in the end, you are in control.
