The Columns At Pilgrim Mill, a gated community nestled just off Freedom Parkway in north Forsyth County, is offering a $100 move-in special to those who appreciate the “three L’s”: lifestyle, luxury and location.

In extolling the advantages of living at The Columns At Pilgrim Mill, community manager Nancy Wright compares the complex to an exclusive mountainside retreat, noting the elegantly finished exteriors and a wealth of amenities, including a resort-like swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a storage facility and Wi-Fi access. Convenience is another big perk. “We’re very close to shopping, dining and entertainment, and Lake Lanier is only five minutes away,” Wright comments.

While The Columns At Pilgrim Mill is currently at half its capacity, spacious one, two and three bedroom apartments and transitional housing units are still available. Leases range from three to fifteen months.

The community is located at 2090 Columns Drive in Cumming.
