November Wine Dinner Features Georges Duboeuf Wines

Emerald Pointe Resort at Lake Lanier Islands will host its last monthly wine tasting dinner for 2006 on Saturday, November 25, 2006 at the Resort’s Windows Restaurant. The four-course wine tasting dinner is priced at $60* per person and will feature Georges DuBoeuf wine­­­­­­­­­­­ pairings with each course.

Immediately preceding the dinner, guests will be treated to a complimentary cruise aboard one of the resort’s VIP excursion yachts starting at 5 p.m. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m. and on the night of the dinner, accommodations are available at Emerald Pointe Resort at a special rate of $179*.

First Course

Pan Seared Red Mullet

on a Trio of Radish Salad and Basil-infused Oil

Paired with Georges DuBoeuf Pouilly Fuisse

Second Course

Roasted Vegetable Goat Cheese Roulade

with Micro Greens Salad

Paired with Georges DuBoeuf Beaujolais Nouveau

Third Course

Prociutto Wrapped Monk Fish

over Creamy Orzo Pasta and Sautéed Fennel Head Ferns

Paired with Georges DuBoeuf Reserve Pinot Noir

Fourth Course

Extravagant dessert buffet including cobblers, cakes, pies and torts

Paired with Dows Port
