Course II:
Shrimp & Grits (creamy stone ground cheddar grits with wild Georgia shrimp sautéed with bacon, tomato & scallion ($24.95 per person) OR Cajun dusted Lamb Chops seared and braised served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and fresh green beans ($31.95 per person)

Course III: Connie Knapp's Apple Pie with Vanilla Ice Cream OR Molten Lava Chocolate Cake
