Are there any other charges, or is it really just $499 per year?
Well that depends on you!  $499 per year covers maintenance of your site.  If "this guy no longer works here", and "that guy changed his phone number", we will keep the site up to date for you.  We will also "project manage" any new additions or redesigns for you.  This does not cover the cost of the new design.  We'll be very upfront with you about any costs and help you make the right decision. Our promise is to save you money, and not try to talk you into something you don't need.
