Firewater Chophouse, which opened earlier this year in March and specializes in fine wine, steak and seafood, is making high gas prices a little easier to swallow. Diners who bring a gas receipt dated within 7 days of a visit to Firewater Chophouse receive $0.25 per gallon purchased off their total bill. This money-saving offer applies to lunch, dinner, or Sunday brunch through the end of September and is limited to one offer per table.
"We really feel the "pain at the pump" from our customers, so we wanted to offer a little relief by offering this special discount," said Chef Sean McLendon of the locally owned and operated restaurant. "Not only that, but we offer Buckhead-quality dining right here in Cumming; so customers no longer have to spend their gas money driving for an exceptional dining experience!"
A visit to Firewater Chophouse reveals fine food, over 100 boutique wines, a cigar friendly bar area, and live jazz music. The ambiance is set off by a waterfall of fire encased in granite and accented by a copper chimney. In the kitchen, Cumming resident Chef Sean McLendon takes the helm. Chef Sean has been ranked in the top 100 chefs by Food and Wine Magazine. Focusing on the freshest ingredients, Chef Sean puts his award-winning experience to work creating an array of dishes to please any pallet.
For those who have an insatiable appetite for fine food and wine, Firewater Chophouse is hosting a special Winemakers Dinner to introduce C.G. Di Arie Winery, a boutique producer of premium, handcrafted wines. The dinner is August 21 and includes a four course meal paired with four different wines. The cost is $75.00 per person and reservations are required.
Firewater Chophouse offers a private dining room that accommodates 45 guests and is made available for special events and social or corporate functions by reservation. Whether for an event that needs to be special, or a dining experience that will make you feel special, Firewater Chophouse surpasses all expectations.
For information, reservations, or to make certain you get your seat at the upcoming Winemakers Dinner, call (678) 679-1021 or visit www.firewaterchophouse.com. Firewater Chophouse is located at 2155 Market Place Blvd. in Cumming in front of Dick's Sporting Goods at the new Cumming Town Center off GA-400 and Exit 14.
