With a blend of experience as an appraiser in a variety of locations, Martinn Winters brings national expertise to the local community.   He brings his skills to serve the counties of Forsyth, Dawson, Lumpkin as well as Metro Atlanta and various locales in Georgia.

With 5 years appraising experience and involvement in commercial real estate since 1985, Martinn Winters brings his skills to bear in the area.   Working out of his office at 1617 Kilough Church Rd in Dawsonville, he works swiftly to cover assignments within 2-3 weeks.  By nature of his profession, his hours are not set.

With major projects such as a portfolio transaction for Morgan Stanley Mortgage Capital in his resume, experience is on his side.  His range of experience includes appraising for development loans, office, warehouse, retail power centers, industrial projects and foreclosures, for a variety of banking and financial institutions for loans.

His qualifications extend to being a Certified General Appraiser and soon to add the MAI designation.  The MAI designation stands for Member, Appraisal Institute.   The Appraisal Institute is an international membership association of over 18,000 professional real estate appraisers.  In addition, Martinn has an MBA from George Washington University.

He promises above quality work with below competitive pricing, combined with living in the market he works to serve. Clients include most of the commercial banks in the GA 400 corridor, and references are available on request.

For additional information, contact Martinn Winters by phone at 706-265-2537 or by email at mwinters1@windstream.net.
