Better Business Resources Workshop - Giving Your Business What It Needs to Succeed

WHAT: Students at North Georgia College and State University are holding two workshops for small businesses and non-profits. We will be covering business needs such as marketing, financing, staffing, insurance, and more.

WHY: It is challenging not only to start, but maintain your small business and non-profits. The students of North Georgia have done the research and want to share resources that can help your business soar! Plus it is FREE!

WHERE: You have two dates and locations from which you can choose to attend:

In Cumming: The Better Business Resources Workshop will be held in The Hill Educational Center,   136 Elm Street, Cumming, GA 30040.

In Dahlonega: The S.A.I.N.T.S for small Business and Non-Profits will be held in the Health and Science Building, Room 152 on the North Georgia College and State University Dahlonega campus.

WHEN: 7:00pm on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 in Cumming and 5:00pm on Tuesday, April 8, 2008 in Dahlonega. 

HOW: For the workshop in Cumming, you can register by calling the Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce at 770-887-6461 or find more information online at www.cummingforsythchamber.org. Limited Spanish assistance is available for this workshop.

For the workshop in Dahlonega, you can register by contacting Stefani Logsdon at  706-864-3711 or e-mail Stefani@dahlonega.org. Space is limited so register now!

WHO: Students of North Georgia College and State University are working with the Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce, Dahlonega-Lumpkin Chamber of Commerce, Forsyth County United Way, Hall County United Way, Hall County United Way- Lumpkin County Division, North Georgia Community Foundation, and Dahlonega Merchants Association, and Forsyth County Board of Education to bring you this workshop.
