If you are having trouble seeing the videos we post online, please contact us and let us know about it.

Here are a few possible reasons:

1) The video is taking too long to load
If you see a blank frame from the video, but at the bottom, you see a message such as "connecting to media" or "buffering" , this is very good news.  It means the video is coming, its just taking a while to load up, so please be patient.   You can do other things on your computer and the video will load in the backgound.

2) The video is blocked
Sometimes, a firewall can block the video from appearing on your computer.  If this happens, there isnt too much we can do about that. Youll need to contact your computer network administrator and ask that it be unblocked.

3) The media plugin is not installed
Most video srequire a media plugin to be installed to watch them,  In most cases, you will get a message telling you that the plugin is not there.  Please take the time to follow the link provided and install the plugin.  Video plugins are perfectly safe for your computer

None of the above?
Please contact us and tell us what you see on the screen.  If you can send a screenshot, that would be perfect!  To take a screenshot, just hit your "PRTSCRN" button on your keyboard.  This takes a ccopy of the image on the screen, then open your favorite program like word, powerpoint, or paint, and hit "ctrl-v" or pulldown "edit-paste" from the menu.  Save the file, attach it to your email, and send it to us.

Thanks!  and we are sorry for your trouble!
