A few months ago, Christian leaders in Cumming and across Forsyth County began meeting together twice a month for an hour of prayer for our community. This prayer gathering is non-denominational, open to all Christians, and takes place twice a month.

The purpose of this gathering is for the Christian community that lives and works in Cumming-Forsyth County to come together across denominational lines as pastors, workplace leaders and ministries to pray for and bless the city and government of our community.

What: A prayer meeting for one hour in a public facility to pray for the City of Cumming, its leaders and the issues that relate to the spiritual, economic and social issues of our city and County of Forsyth County.

When: Second and Fourth Tuesday, 11 AM – 12 PM

Where: Old Schoolhouse Historical Room, top floor
251 Ingram Ave , Cumming GA 30040

Who: You are invited to join us and tell others about this meeting.  Area pastors, workplace leaders, intercessors — anyone who desires to see the city of Cumming and Forsyth County impacted for Jesus Christ. We hope to see you there.

Our Vision: To engage the Christian community to come together to pray for God’s blessing upon the city and its leadership through the power of Jesus Christ and our collective prayers for God’s blessing.

Statement of Faith
WE BELIEVE the Holy Bible to be the complete, inerrant, authoritative Word of God.
WE BELIEVE there is only one God, eternally existent in 3 persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
WE BELIEVE in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return to earth in power and glory.
WE BELIEVE that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
WE BELIEVE that the only way eternal life is received is by faith alone in Jesus Christ and His atoning death for our sins and in a personal salvation given as a free gift of God, received by faith.
WE BELIEVE in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost - they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of spiritual death.
WE BELIEVE that every believer is commissioned to go into the world and make disciples, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, and to teach them to obey the commands of Jesus Christ.

Be sure to mark your calendar for the second and fourth Tuesday of each month as a personal reminder.
