One Saturday morning each year, we gather and join together in a service of Holy Communion. Then we spread out to area homes and service organizations to paint, clean, sew, hug, share a meal or plant a garden for those in need. At the end of the day we are good and tired and grateful for the unexpected, unasked for blessings.
Join us Saturday, March 29th as we celebrate our 7th annual One Great Day of Service. Register yourself, your family, your friends for a specific project by marking your first, second and third choices. Or choose to be sent where you are needed most. During the week before our One Great Day of Service, a project leader will contact you and let you know where you will be serving and give you more specifics about your project.
Register no later than Sunday, March 23th to reserve your place. Then on Saturday, March 29th join us in the Family Life Center between 7:45 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. to check in. A brief service of Holy Communion will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. and then we will scatter about the community to serve others.
