In a few short months I will have the honor of having completed four years of service to the citizens of Forsyth County.
During this time, I have participated in a great number of debates and have been instrumental in developing public policy aimed at ensuring the highest quality of life for the residents of our community.
As much as anything else, Forsyth is strong and vibrant because of the energy and vitality of our seniors. I am so grateful for their hard work and selfless sacrifice, and our county, state and nation have truly benefited from their service to community and country.
I want to thank our seniors for showing us the way by upholding honored traditions and exhibiting the principles that make America great. Because of this, we owe a special debt of gratitude to them.
As a small token of my appreciation, I want to invite our seniors to a free luncheon that I am holding in their honor. As I have done in the past, I want to provide seniors with an opportunity to voice their concerns and to hear my vision for our community.
The luncheon will be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2008 from 11:30 a.m.
to 1:00 p.m. at Tam's Backstage, 215 Ingram Avenue, Cumming, Georgia 30040.
To RSVP, please call 678-455-8310.
